Discuss your project
We shortlist Chinese suppliers against building use, clear span, envelope package and destination. The shortlist records which requirements each candidate can demonstrate and which require follow-up. A supplier's stated capability is checked for the actual request, including relevant project references and fabrication scope.
We align offers around steel grade, member system, connection concept, coating, cladding, openings and included documents. A lower price can conceal excluded freight, drawings or accessories; the comparison matrix makes these differences visible before a buyer selects a supplier.
Where suitable, we coordinate panel, coating or connection samples and record the requested properties. Sample appearance alone cannot prove a building's fire performance, thermal behavior or structural adequacy; the final supplier must provide applicable test and engineering evidence.
We help define hold points for material documents, fabrication, coatings, packing and loading. Inspection scope is agreed with the buyer and service provider. Findings are recorded for supplier action rather than presented as an automatic approval.
A buyer may receive two offers that use different insulation cores and roof panel thicknesses. Our comparison work separates the frame, roof, wall, trim and fastener packages so the difference can be priced openly. Wind uplift, snow load and condensation details still need project-specific design review.
A workshop inquiry should identify crane capacity, runway location and duty before a structural quote is compared. We request explicit assumptions from each supplier and coordinate the list of unresolved design inputs. Local engineers and the selected supplier retain responsibility for final structural and permitting decisions.
