China sourcing coordination
This notice describes how inquiry details are used to coordinate sourcing requests and supplier communication.
Discuss your project
When you submit an inquiry, you may provide your name, work contact details, building use, project location, drawings and commercial requirements. Please avoid sending unnecessary personal or confidential information in an initial form. If a project document contains sensitive material, identify any handling restrictions before sharing it.
We use submitted details to respond to the inquiry, clarify requirements, identify potential suppliers, compare offers and coordinate sample, inspection or export questions. We may share relevant project information with shortlisted suppliers or service providers when needed for the requested procurement work. Supplier access should be limited to what they need to prepare a suitable response.
We retain inquiry records for the period reasonably needed to manage the request, related agreements and applicable legal obligations. Access should be limited to people involved in coordination. Internet transmission and supplier systems have risks; do not send confidential material until an appropriate channel and handling terms are agreed.
You may ask us to correct inquiry details or stop using them for a pending sourcing request by submitting a new message through the contact form. We will assess requests against any contractual or legal retention requirement. This policy may be updated when the service process changes; the version posted here governs the information supplied through this site. When a supplier or inspection provider is involved, the information needed for that task may be shared with them under the agreed sourcing process. If you provide a document by mistake, explain the issue through the inquiry channel so we can review the handling request. We do not use a building inquiry as proof of authorization to publish project drawings or supplier quotations.
